To suggest that the former management screwed up as if they just made some mistakes severely understates what actually occurred.

Adrian is the current CEO.

Previous to Adrian, Mel Lerner was the Interim CEO.

Mel seemed to be a straight shooter who did what he could when he took over, but his options were fairly limited by that time.

Eric Fowler was the CEO before Mel.

Fowler, while covertly working for several other companies, including some of DNA's direct competitors, intentionally sabotaged the company.
