Myself I have no idea why he would want to sell 100K shares. Makes no sense especially if he believes we will not have to do phase 3 and get approval from the FDA. He owns a bit under 25% of common.
But he just registered with possible intent to sell. I have seen no indication that he did sell as of now.
It is still very puzzling why he did this.

One other thing irritates me is no quarterly teleconference to state earnings and how everything is going with a Q&A session that follows. This is what normally goes on in public companies.
