Looking at patent application 13/135224, the one with the breast cancer benefits, I just realize they now claim.

1 (Currently Amended) A method for reducing the number of cardiovascular events in a postmenopausal woman, comprising: administering to the women a topical formulation comprising therapeutically effective amount of androgen, whereby administering the formulation results in a reduction in cardiovascular events in the woman compared to an expected number of cardiovascular events in an untreated postmenopausal woman, and wherein the reduction in the number of cardio vascular events is reduced, and wherein the reduction in the number of cardiovascular events is reduced by at least 70% compared to the expected number of cardiovascular events for a postmenopausal women.

This claim was in the patent application 13/135999 but it said it was method for decreasing the risk of cardiovascular events

Now they are claiming it actually reduces the number of CV events and reducing breast cancer events.
