When will NEW RELEASE movies be offered on the net?

It is then that RLTR would be GOLD

How would they be monitered by the Movie Houses, film companies ? They would lose money as compared to theater revenue

I could have 20 people over in my media room and rent a new release ...the other 19 people don't pay
