From the company PR I read they stated they have enough cash for CAFC appeals in entirety- I trust the company commentary
Further, from what I've read here, their District Court counsel (Susman I think it is?) is paid on contingency
So logically I would assume no more dilution - but that's just me looking at the facts as they are presented by the company. Perhaps you have different sources and insight and thus views
As for when the RS happens, I am under the impression from the PR it could happen soon? So an uplist to the Nasdaq doesn't make sense based on math? Need well over a buck to ensure you stay on and aren't delisted but I think it $3 just to get on plus a whole host of other qualifications
If the RS does come to get on the Nasdaq i would think some pretty good news will have occurred given the comment above,
