The discussion is for selling of original owned Epic shares.

That was not the discussion, and THERE ARE NO COMMON SHARES OF ELTP THAT ARE RESTRICTED. Any person who owns any common shares can sell all of them at any time, including Nasrat and the entire Epic cabal. Because of Nasrat's Preferred conversion, Nigalaye can buy and sell ELTP shares unencumbered by any public reporting. THAT was the discussion. Show any link that proves otherwise.
