I don't know for sure. One would deduct that since they are purchasing not for profit growing operations that they would be applying for whatever license is associated with them if the licenses themselves are nontransferable upon purchase. It's my understanding that California is a non profit cannabis state for now and I would expect that once that stipulation is lifted they would then apply for the appropriate licensing to become a for profit operation. As is with all pinks, you move forward with precaution, but I see great potential here.
