I really think VCEL Management botched this up big time but not ready yet to move on.

IF I WAS CEO NICK HEADS WOULD BE ROLLING,

Did someone violate a contract?

The ATM is poison, Is it done? How much is left?

BUT WHEN INSIDERS DONT BUY, THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF FAIR PLAY IN THE FUTURE, that is my take, insiders in a real company make the play.

There is no insider buying at all per nasdaq.com
