Going nuclear with docs is a real possibility for Trump admin.

That is, releasing all docs on arrival of mandamus decision.

AND launching all out condemnation and probe of terrible acts of Obama crew - inflicting maximum pain on Obama crew. Think massive flame attack.

Such an approach is perfectly justifiable - new admin shocked by acts which it exposes - hence making Obama own them to muchnpain.

This gives Mnuchin cover to release BUT it obviously then constrains settlement talks to level of restitution for holders over NWS - gov still has warrants cos those are not subject of relevant docs.

And the big Trump allies get a payoff so big future was chest for Trump alongside damage to Obama and revs from profit on warrants - push strike up and/or reduce number of warrants pushes share price up hugely and all sides are happy to settle...

Fantasy? I don't find it so implausible (break off some warrants for prefer damages etc). Fingers crossed...
