There are 38 million shares short..a group is selling the stock lower probably with no real shares. Do the math. If all goes according to their plan almost $5 will be paid out. After the shareholder vote to approve in February the first dividend of $1.54
will be paid and the shorts have to pay it. We could also get another interested party to buy the whole company. Do the math..
$ 1 billion divided by 140 million.

This is a company run by an awful CEO and an even worse Board. In two weeks we will have a new CEO and a game plan. Gary Crocker is a smart business man and will stay until things settle. On March 1 we will have over $200 Million in cash and a burn I believe down to $50 million a year. If MM 398 gets first line which Ipsen will accelerate I suspect things get interesting.

FYI Dividends will be return of capital and not taxable.
