I thought about an idea - your thoughts. With all the respect to vb111 mode of action from all I can read 90% of the benefit in overall survival is coming from the immune response and not the other arm of action .vb111 virus act as adjuvant in about 50% of patients . Since there are plenty of options using other viruses as vector why not to mix couple of viruses to increase chance of fever reaction or give another infusion with different virus if there is no fever response ?
