I know what OWCP is all about and where it is going.

I also know how they are going to get there.


so I am perfectly happy adding/accumulating all I can afford.


it is all over but the crying now. OWCP is making its move to the dollar land there is nothing that can be done to stop it.

for all practical purposes we are done with 50 cents. it is clear and smooth sailing from here on out.
