not everyone who needs a moto taxi has a smart phone (I don't). The MM has a black box for insurance, GPS and standardized gov't controlled pricing....Uber, OLA etc. Apps can't do this. They all have different pricing that isn't gov't controlled and they may have issue with paying taxes.

It will be interesting to see with Q's the status of Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Cambodia and other opportunities.
