Never said the law was changed. What I said was that the 90k meter deal is about 3 years old and a dead issue. WM was supposed to put in a bid. Wheather they ever did or not is anybody's guess. Bottom line that is very old news. People on here that have been here for a number of years will confirm that. Ask Jeep, Richie, dkl, or a number of others.
