Yes, the common shares were CANCELLED and new shares were issued to the debt holders. The previous shareholders LOST EVERYTHING.

The stock KM became KMRTQ when that went into bankruptcy. KMRTQ was cancelled. If you owned it you got $0, ZERO, ZILCH, NIL NADA. That is more than a beating, you lost it all. The new stock was issued under the symbol KMRT and was not connected to KMRTQ at all.
