If you want results in my opinion write to Mr. Campo. He responds in a very transparent and honest manner. There were issues with the Audit. If he chooses he will explain them to you. Never the less he took responsibility for them. He is following closely on a daily basis with auditors. He said to me at the beginning of the week he was pushing them to file within in next seven days the filing to take place. He also indicated he was working on bringing on a CFO so future fillings would be handle responsively and in a timely manner.

Two key things to remember if you are current investor or prospective investor. The CEO my law needs to provide us with is the reason for delay and when he expects to file. Our best course of action is for each of us to contact the CEO and keep him on task. Your investment depends upon his ability to get things done.
