of course it is an assumption! we can only guess what is going on but the Glencore issue is the most plausible for me, but what do I know?

and for the bigger players why would it be different for them? they know that G is just 15% shy of a majority holding and probably controls the price just to the final permit. but maybe I just see things because I have stared too much on the pps the last months and probably expected too much
