Perfectly understandable Stinkie, when you have a lot involved you have to worry about losses.

I really see no reasons to continue to be anything but positive -- the real engine coming next is the Courts. And I am pretty sure nothing has leaked about them yet.

Once Courts rule for plaintiffs, AND we get those brutally incriminating docs, then I think we will be on very solid ground for a settlement... And the SP will have moved a lot higher...

I really can see $10+ if Appeals rules for plaintiffs. Taking a 1/3 off then might be tempting...
