So what you are saying is basically buy as much as you can to participate a future R/S since there is NO BID for this stock anyways...
Just add another 2 Billion shares and hope some "investors" still buy them, right?
And yes it was pre announced per Supplemental Information since this Company deceided to stop filing with the SEC.

Per NVSOS Filing the new Share structure is now avtive.
