Will be interested to hear how managment plans to address that many outstanding shares. If most of managment held shares or 144 restricted, how long are
They restricted ? How did Byron get that much stock? Alex traded a company he owned for shares. Who put the value on the company he traded for? Lot of pinky trade shares for service, legal, lawsuits and more. As for
Outstanding certicates that the owners can prove where given for those reason and with proper documentation
Managment has to honor them. Those question will be ask in the SEC comments when they try to uplist.
