It's never cut and dry...one or the other...and there is no such thing as 100% ANYTHING in the OTC....HOWEVER...PURA is being pumped. Plain and simple. And it is being bought as a result of that. The appearance of Verges makes things highly questionable...and they diluted the crap out of the stock during the pump toward the end of the year.

So everything is highly suspect...and as always reality will come cracking back at some point.

But I do have little doubt that by the time the USMJ PURA divvies are eligible for legend removal in 8-10 months that the OS will be much higher and the pps much lower.

As for the SEC that is the least predictable...but SKTO and AGEY followed a similar path back in the MJ rush of 13/14 and both were eventually shutdown. But if that is to happen here it will be long after the horse has left the barn.
