Yes, it may be years before MMs are mandated but my guess it will happen- and WM has the only MM in market. It may take a huge financial investment by WM to market to gov'ts around the world. Relying on small local service companies to market may work over time but it would make most sense to me to sell out to a deep pocket company like Uber or other.
