Sorry lyte, I don't know for sure about the timeframe for the lease on Nicosan. I have seen or read somewhere that it was for 2 years, but I haven't seen anything definate or concrete enough to say that this is a definate period.
I would hate to think they are investing millios into a building and all the plans they claim to make for a drug they may only make for 2 years. That would seem very irresponsible to me but then look who we're talking about. They've kept Xetapharm around for many years and it has cost many millions of dollares to keep that losing venture, yet they have it year after year. They've spent millions on it and have neverr made more than $1,000. in any year. Thisis one of those lack of business traits I have mentioned and been blasted for.
Why have a side company that loses millions a year> Why not dump a losing venture and out those funds into this Nicosan venture instead. How much labor and expense are they spending to make tht $1,000 a year? And people wonder why I question stuff!!!

I will try to find out about the timeframe on the lease and post when (if) I find out.
