Wolfy, Thank you for your response, and now I know your meaning of "paid off". And of course now it is time for a few thoughts:

I don't want to sound nitpicky here, but from what I recall Cooper made the promise and not Ketch. If giving the chip manufactueres what NVEI gave them was all they needed and it helped to keep the costs down at the same time that's fine by me. I do have reason to believe that an FPGA chip is forthcoming. And as I have previously stated according to a Company representative things are lined up like dominos for when the financing & or movie revenues begin to come in.

As far as trusting Management, that is your decision. As you know while some things materialized in the past, we are waiting on others to materialize, and on the other side of the coin some things have not materialized, (and thankfully so in some cases).

Financing...This has been discussed here quite a bit recently and I have made various points regarding this issue. If I recall correctly we brushed over this topic this past winter as well.

I can see you aggrivation as I too would greatly appreciate an update on the progress made with the Embarq Technology. But if I recall correctly weren't we told that there would be a "technology news blackout" for a while? (I think it was in a previous President's Letter).

Salaries...As we all know this has been a major topic of discussion in here as of late as well. I have made my statment on this topic at least twice previously. However do you REALLY know what Ray & Rich do for the Company? Much more than you may think, especially Rich who by being on the payroll has actually helped to save the Company money by not having to go with outside sources in some areas and also has very quite possibly helped save the Company as he has had a significant "behind the scenes" role for some time.

Increase in authorized shares...I have stated facts and opinions publicly several times on this issue as well. I am still for this issue on the proxy. Yes, there are alternatives, but they are in no way advantagous to us as Shareholders from what I have seen.

Fact is that Brad is invested in this stock, but of course he has much more information than what we know publicly. I think that's a good thing, same with the advisory board as they all seem to be seasoned Industry professionals.

I do not take everything that the Company says "as gospel". I have been known to disagree with them in the past and have gotten in some discussions with several Company Representatives where you could say that I have used "colorful" language to illustrate my points. However even after that I do remain a Shareholder in NVEI. Heck, I even have some 144's that I bought a little over a year ago and see no reason to register them as I have no intent on selling. If I do intend on selling them darn skippy there will be a very good reason for it. I also have one of the convertible debenture agreements and I won't be seeking the cash for my investment there but do intend on taking the restricted shares instead as I feel there is more potential value there.

Hope to see you at the party,

Jason

Ps.
Sorry it took me so long to get back with you but I have been busy.

The rumor you heard regarding Tom is not true.
