Yep, pretty basic - we disagree.

I consider Shasta, nearly irrelevant.

JNJ was the principal party trying to sue DECN into oblivion. The Federal Court of Appeals stopped JNJ (not Shasta) from using our patent system to bully a smaller competitor.

JNJ had sent letters to DECN's potential customers threatening them with a law suit, if they sold DECN's product. That also stopped.

The bottom line to me, is that DECN became free of JNJ's legal harassment, which I consider, a big, enabling win.

But we apparently disagree, and that's OK.
