Maybe the sec will be ready for trial in twelve weeks , I personally do not think so.
They must now look and take into consideration the impact Platinum Partners and other PIPES lenders , ( and about 5 hedge funds) to see what impact their fraud may have had on ARGY, the reverse merge, the oil strike.
May have been bigger than people think
