Me too - for 6 years. As I stated recently, I have seen this movie before and didn't like the ending.

Ken is a good guy and I believe he is sincere - spent hours on the phone and emails with him from 2011 to 2013. He always bit off more than he could chew and always over committed or over promised and UNDER delivered.

I think he is trying to do the right thing, but I am not sure he has the management skills and the instinct to pull this off.

My fear is this is going to be mired here and then go silent like it did in the past.

Feb 1st is the deadline for me. That is a real date for something to get completed - if it gets delayed or it doesn't happen - Then SDVI is done - finished. You can only disappoint so many times before people won't believe you. There are a whole lot of new faces here - your disappointment will send this to oblivion once and for all.

I am still holding millions and don't intend to sell them at these prices. I already took this as a loss mentally - might as well let it play out.
