It really is that simple...even if we don't actually "Dilute" to eventually 340M o/s - the $50-60M needed still must be paid back somehow to the lender.

I think that is a very fair number as there would be 62M warrants left (after 4/23/17).

Big question FOR THE LETTER:

Mc - describe your plans...r u looking to sell/partner prior to FDA submission or you taking this through to the end - which will cost ALOT more ?
