"Spoke with BAYP - they are approximately two weeks away from a company update. My understanding is that the promising "Angie's List of MJ companies" web-based project is on schedule, additional potential acquisitions are being vetted, and the company is transparent - yes, additional shares are allocated in order to finance new acquisitions - acquisitions-for-stock are the way-of-life for developmental companies that have to grow their assets. I think that BAYP will lift off when shareholders see the web-based project beta - I have confidence in the short to mid term here. JMHO"
