PKPH weed stock possible mega early runner potential

I smell a potential major runner here.

level 2 looks very thin

**Huge surge in volume coming in last few months.

** nice long flat base, stock being accumulated.

** the longer the base, the higher in space we go

** 50 day trading above the 200 day moving average, the bulls live above this level

** if we get any news this can easily spike to .50 or maybe even into dollar range MJ sector very hot right now

** someone is slowly accumulating millions of shares, once the float gets locked up, then it is go time
