After having listened to the Company’s presentation on the project overview and exchanged opinions in a spirit of mutual understanding and cooperation of both parties, Chairman Dinh Van Thu affirmed that Quang Nam province highly appreciates the KBLB’s development plan and will do its best to cooperate with the KBLB in effective research, development and implementation of this important and significant project, especially so as to help actively recover the traditional sericulture industry of the province creating more jobs for the local farmers in the districts of Duy Xuyen, Dai Loc, Dien Ban...

KBLB is aware of the likelihood; based upon the specific "exchanged opinions" presented by the respective agencies.

Just hoping none of the agencies decides to impede progress by once again posing questions.
