Well, thats an estimation and only an opinion...
But IMO:

--> No R/s news = breaking to 0005's
--> buy back news = break 0010's
--> New CEO announcement = pps gets a first peak only on news to 0014 and falls back to 5's awaiting updates
--> first updates and PR's on deals = pps likely to rise past 25's
--> buy back occurs = we see half a penny
--> income statements show revenues and we have solid confirmation of deals went true = we go past 0050's
--> uplisting = we go beyond 0.01
