yup, 2017 should be a very good year for DCAC with most likely no R/S (cancelled or denied by FINRA), probably a share buy back instead, and those two deals what would bring DCAC to the possibility of uplisting...
I wonder why everybody keeps forgetting that last part...
My guess is that they wanted the R/S to have a sudden increase in pps together with news of two major deals and that would be enough for uplisting requirements.
Now it will be a share buy back, with news on deals and uplisting in 2017 IMO major things going to happen here
