Hi there,

Not much. I did see that Green Force Electic in Colorado installed a system and put up some pictures in late December (you can search for Green Force Electric on Facebook to see them).

Ill circle back with the one person that might be able to check on things. I also just contacted people directly through facebook that are working with the company to see if they know anything.

The last message I received from one person was

"As far as I know they have new investors and are reorganizing. They have enough stock just not manufacturing at the moment."

(that was mid-october)

I wish I had more to offer. Not sure where this is headed. Most likely not anywhere good because more and more time has passed without hearing anything.

As Toxic and others have pointed out there are some ways Bates weasels out of things and leaves the bag here for shareholders or there is always bankruptcy. But who knows at this point.

I am entering my busy season and do not check this board as often so if you hear something and have message capabilities message me as it might show up in the corner of my screen. Also Ill post back as soon as I hear more.
