Have you or anyone else called IR for clarification and/or to voice concerns about timing and circumstances around dilution?

I have emailed on many occasions and received only one canned email reply.

Very unprofessional and not showing any regard for shareholders.


Inhate not knowing anything about what is going on but that's probably normal.
