Vcel mgmt directs the COWEN atm dilution. I just don't understand why they wouldn't stop right now until price corrects (to like $20 IMHO). It's not like it's something outside their control if they feel they've been wronged (Like us shareholders).

They got 20+ million fron PJ offering so immediate need for Cowens deal should not be needed.

If you were mgmt and felt shafted and was sitting on 30
Million in cash - what would YOU DO?

Getting very frustrated sitting here being literaly nickeled to
