Would end of August be enough? End of September? End of the Year? When the stock is delisted for failing to file current documents?? Exactly when could txprincess sell and be allowed to compel Rufus to honor his promise?

Suppose in the interim..the stock went down even further?? and suppose Rufus reneged... would that be fair..
