Me too. And I think many are in the same boat. But I'm becoming increasingly wary about the upside. When they announced the $36M loan... I had just bought 2100 shares. So I was happy either way. But the stock could easily have rallied to $7. They could have announced the contractor deal, or worse, the record date, for those waiting on the sidelines.

Besides all of that. Do not underestimate institutional buyers. We never get one, until we do. A big one. And some of them just take the stock up 30% to begin with, and start pounding the ask. Because those that want to acquire a significant stake, like 10%, know it's cheaper to get it fast.
