looking on the icapital website it says prhl shareholders paid 13,000,000.00 for what is now E3 . wow. never saw mention of that number in any 10Q,or 10K check it out. gonna be hard to pay for that at a 4% commission on sales of LED products.gonna need 325,million just to break even , not to mention paying wages etc....
