it´s simple, i trading the stock and lock every day fore a huge dilution there send the stock into the dust, and after this i trade the small reversal in the intra day and make so my 5-10% ... simple money making

the KALANI-Deal kill the shareholder-value completely and in the future we see only few winners. either the guys was short or a couple of lucky guys bought the stock shortly before a good news will coming in the next 2 years and DRYS have enough money or find a real investor and no one who just wants to fill his own bags.
