We don't know there has been no progress. Company is just being tight lipped right now. There might be a good reason for it. We can get news at any time. The PPS is at a waiting price right now. Buying this cheap is worth the wait. IMO

They could be putting out fluff PR's and dumping every month, but I'm not seeing that here. That's a good sign to me..
