Wow ,..exciting to be a shareholder!!....Let us look at facts. We have a company filing its regulatory paperwork ..fantastic news. We have a stock that did not release news but was discovered by saavy investors. Investors whp know to get in early . The company probably did not even want many to know hence no press release. This way they can buy stock at these low process too before they roll a company into shell. Now what his that you wonder.
