With all of the fussing being done by myself and others as of late, I decided to go to the NV website and read the biographies of the BOD/advisory board members once again. Ignoring the dead wood, I was reminded of the credentials of others who serve. I'm not selling the shares I have now. I've come way too far to do that. There is hope here.

My hope is that Ketch is sandbagging so badly that we could look up all of a sudden and have an ASIC in volume production. Lord knows it's been long enough. What I'm saying is the possibility exists that they are so entirely paranoid that they are willing to risk the alienation of shareholders that have been with them for a LONG time.

While I do not lean heavily in this direction (or in other words, I do not feel this is likely the case), I do recognize it as being a possibility. If they are being truthful about not being able to get funding, then I say we have NOTHING.

I suppose it's possible that Zaiq is providing services at this time pro bono. I simply cannot imagine us having something better than ANYTHING ELSE out there yet have not been able to secure the funds. That's just not possible, especially considering all the high powered people involved here. So I'm going to shut the hell up for a little bit longer (you're welcome panda) and wait to see what happens this month. I do have one last closing comment however:

If we do not already have someone working on the ASIC and management has been collecting full salaries all this time, then we are SUNK and management deserves every single bit of criticism we give them.

Cobra, I totally respect your views and have little doubt that you accurately relay information from Brad as he gives it to you. However, that ******** about them having to pay off Adaptive is just that...********. There's no way they can get away with stalling for this long saying they're having to pay a certain amount to Adaptive while at the same time collecting huge salaries. My first impression of Brad was a very good one. Therefore, at least temporarily, I will remember that impression and give the benefit of the doubt. He just did not seem to be the type to screw around that badly. They have 30 days...

With over 20 years of experience in the computer and technology industry serving as an executive leader and industry innovator with two patents awarded for his work in high performance floating point arithmetic and cache architecture. Prior to founding Zaiq (formerly ASIC Alliance Corp.), McAndrew served as Vice President of Hardware Development at Computervision for over 10 years. During that period, he and his organization successfully delivered more than 20 ASIC projects, including several highly complex, multi-processor and parallel processor systems. In the early 80’s, McAndrew founded Alliant Computer, considered the first company to offer a high performance, mini-supercomputer – the implementation of which pushed the state of the art in the utilization of ASICs.
