THE REASON IT IS $1.00 is simple! This price is for FHAL trading under the NEW SYMBOL for the NEW COMPANY!
IT IS NOT the price for the NEWLY MERGED COMPANY. That price will be set once the paper is finished being scrutinized by the NASDAQ/SEC/whoever and filed. Then they will HALT THE STOCK, then reset the price, then we go from there.
I hope that clarifies for you what you've already read and digested, but seem to have forgotten.
