How does Innovo "fit" into the corporate structure.
What are the details on how this is being structured - shares, debt, cash - most likely not cash. Looks like shares and it must be part of the 7B as only about 2.8 are O/S. So assumption is these would be restricted somehow.
What and how does Graffiti play in all this?
Is SDVI angling to be a holding company of sorts.
A lot to digest here and a whole lot of details need to be disclosed.
I like the direction but really need to know how this impacts SDVI. I get very nervous when I see deals like this because I have seen many pink sheet stocks do stuff like this and they end up abandoning the parent (SDVI) and spin off the other companies and the shareholders end up on the short end.
Not saying that is the case, but I am waiting on the details - being cautiously optimistic.
