there are certainly also cases that R/S was canceled by the company. It is guessing which one it will be. But as far as i know, FINRA did not approve (or canceled by DCAC).
And if FINRA denied...then there are three other possibilities/questions why they would do so...
1) because of safe market and protection of shareholders
2) there is an upcoming or ongoing investigation for fraud against representatives of the company
3) DCAC did not file accordingly to regulations or doesn't meet the requirements


Of all possibilities i hope DCAC canceled the R/S and has some good news coming
