Wrong as only one leg of the transaction is recorded to the tape, the sell leg is recorded in the OTC. Back in the day you would divide the total volume by 2 to get the actual total volume sold in the day, for the OTC. But that was 15 years or longer ago... This is basic trade reporting 101 and can be easily learned on the FINRA Trade Reporting FAQ.
