yeah, but toxic lending isn't illegal. They have to point out other things that happened that were. And, I suspect there were. I'm on your side. I just didn't know that about Ponzi schemes. I would think that a settlement is an option because if illegal things occurred then IMSC shareholders were damaged. Sure sounds like a complicated mess though.
