As previously posted, I agree with the above, and I think CLLS is hoodwinking investors into assuming that gene-edited crops will be viewed by the general public as fundamentally different from GMOs.

But, isn't the big point, alluded to in the NYT piece, that the label won't reflect that the crops are gene-edited (unless current regulations change)?
