Not exactly. There was a lot of churning in the .013-.014 range for a good part of the day, meaning a lot of shares changed hands today which is normal since people who bought lower are locking in profits while people seeing end of dilution are buying. Maybe the group saw the temporary stall as weakness and bailed. Seems strange to bail when RSI is still so low with so many things on the horizon but to each his own. The group must have been small since they didn't make that much of a dent in price.
